Available: One master room with one private bathroom (inside master) in large split level. Big backyard with Privacy fence. Flat driveway. Deck. In end of quiet cul de sac. House had 3 empty rooms upstairs doors of extra space if you need it.

2 other rooms will remain empty, the master and its bath are available. My room is downstairs. Sometimes i pet sit. I work from home about half each week. Web developer by day and make jewelry & artsy/craftsy things in my free time. I’m quiet and try to avoid drama :) I usually remember the name of a person’s dog before I remember the name of the person. I’ve been told I cook well but I really just think I’ve been conditioned to cook well ;) I always end up making way too much food - so I don’t mind sharing - even though it will hurt the feelings of my dog :)

Alcohol/smoking/cat/dog/pets/plants/pretty much anything “friendly” home. Stable, open minded, drama-free, non a$$hole people are preferred :) no overnight guests unless okayed in advance

Just me. I live alone. Have 2 cats. One large lap dog who sings and talks for his dinner. One five foot iguana. All are nice. Dog is a lap dog.
