This meditation room can be offered as is— all you have to do is water the plants! Your private bathroom has two sinks, a tub, and a shower. There is a door that separates the toilet from the sinks, which is very nice as well. The second room could also be offered as an empty room that can be turned into an office, second bedroom, or whatever your heart desires. $3,000 includes rent for the wing (two rooms, a bathroom), utilities, and all expenses as well as the pleasure of living here. $3,000 security deposit, no first and last needed. Minimum stay, 8 months. Looking for someone who feels like this is their new home. Some more things to know: The place always looks as good as in the pictures. It takes some effort to keep it this way so please always return the common area to how it was when you left it. Shoes-free household.

For the past 6 months we’ve been a vegan household but Tari occasionally professional sears a steak or some ahi tuna, because he loves to cook and is quite the chef. The kitchen is professional grade from top to bottom so it’s important to learn how to use all of the appliances and tools correctly if you cook. Someone who loves eating out is more than welcome too!

We’ve been a quiet and peaceful home but don’t turn down the opportunity to dance or get your morning or evening started right with some music! It’s not a party house but we do have a lot of fun. Plus there’s a pole in the living room. (goes great with the color-changing lights!)
