South G Street

I’m a 19 year old junior at UW Tacoma who’s searching for a second young academic to help support eachother and keep living costs down. All utilities except electricity are included in rent! This apartment unit has lots of space and windows for natural light, and is extremely close to UW Tacoma as well. It has many recent renovations such as high ceilings, new appliances, and our own water heater. The unit is partially furnished, as I have placed all current furniture, however the available room is currently empty. It’s just me residing here currently! I go to school full time (psychology major w/sociology minor) and work part time as a behavior technician for autistic children. I love personal time but I equally love socializing, so I’m looking for someone I can eventually call a friend! In my free time i usually watch tv, go thrifting, or visit friends when I have the chance.
