This is a 2 bedroom standalone house. It’s got parking, a yard, free laundry machines, and privacy. There are 2 bedrooms (and master and one more), and a shared bathroom. There is a nice yard with a garden and a greenhouse. There is a finished attic bonus room that is awesome. The room itself is not large (it’s about 8ft by 10ft, plus a closet), but the shared spaces are massive. Honestly this is the best place I’ve ever seen in the east bay, especially for the price. This house is also very bicycle friendly. 1 year lease

We are a couple (M/F) in our mid twenties. I am an engineer and she is a doctor. We are rock climbers (mostly bouldering) and we like to cook. I love trail running. We are looking for someone we can get along with and maybe share a meal with a few times a month. Her schedule will be odd and long hours, so it is essential that she can sleep, including sometimes during the day. We love having friends for dinner, but this isn’t a house for legit parties
