Hi, I’m renting out 2 rooms in Tustin cottages, Room A is 10ft x 11ft street parking $950.00 monthly Room B 12ft x 11 ft is garage parking is $1,100.00 Deposit $900.00 refundable and will be returned if the room is left in the same condition given when first rented out.

The condo is a 3 story bed and 2.5 baths. The master is already occupied.
The bathroom will be shared, there is an extra bathroom 2nd-floor that’s available.

Includes gas, trash, water, and sewage. Electricity and High-speed internet are split.

Shared full kitchen, cabinet, fridge space, bathroom, full washer/dryer (laundry room inside condo)

Tustin Cottages is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

No credit check Will run background check (WILL NEED TO VERIFY YOU CAN PAY RENT & ON TIME NO EXCEPTIONS) Rent is due on the 1st of the month with mandatory split Electricity and if wanted Wifi is also available and would be split.

Amenities Pool, jacuzzi, small gym, lounge area, gated community with gate control and Room B gets Control for the garage. Access to common areas in the apt, please be respectful of items in the apartment.

Cannot work from home (full time) No visitors No drama, must clean up after yourself and must be kid friendly. No pets! Must be 420 friendly smoking only outside
