The apartment is across the street from SUNY Albany. It has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It comes with a washer, dryer, and garbage disposal. There is a free gym, access to computers, and free printing.

I’m listing the one bedroom (B) and connected bathroom from May 22 - July 31. I’m only charging rent for June and July. The apartment will be available as soon as May 22nd so you can move in any time from then. If you need a place to stay after July 31st, the apartment complex is looking to lease from August 1st to July 31st

We are all students at SUNY Albany. We’re clean, but not compulsive. Everyone here is nice and respects each others personal space.
