River Street

*** NOT 333 RIVER, ADDRESS WONT WORK ON ROOMIES, ITS 232 HUDSON STREET, THE BULDING ACROSS THE STREET FROM 333 RIVER***

Its a high rise in the downtown part of Hoboken. The unit faces the water and has a partial view of nyc. it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with uneven room sizes, I prefer the larger unless you would like it (obviously more cost). its shy of 900 Sqft with a spacious living room, kitchen, washer/dryer combo in room, and dish washer too. Im hoping to get FIOS internet which well share in cost. Its unfurnished as well. Whoever has the smaller room 13*10.5 may be able to store things in the living room…. which I find overly large. Restroom and kitchen are nice. Prior to moving in the room will be renovated with new floors, ceilings and walls paint. its a block away from the waterfront where you can run along a path looking out at NYC and more importantly 3 blocks from the PATH, 2 blocks from a parking garage, and 1 block to Washington street, the most happening street in town full of restaurants, shops, bars, convenience stores and more. its also 2 blocks from the bus station.

Its just me. Im a working professional and engineer from Stevens in Hoboken and I’m looking for a roommate. I fun, friendly and mostly clean. In my free time you’ll find me doing activates both in and out of the apartment. I like to cook, drive cars, play games, photograph, listen to music and more. I enjoy exploring Hoboken and all its amenities as well as NYC during the weekends
