The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, south of Consumers River College (CRC), and two minutes to North Laguna Creek Park. It is a three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2-story home. Five to Eight minutes from freeway Hwy99 and Hwy5 exit. Only you and another Asian male sharing the house.

The rent is $550 per month (garage space +$70) + Shared SMUD and PGE bills. Less then $600 total. Shared bathroom with one Asian male. Your room is unfinished, but a queen bed and a standing lamp is provided. Also numbers of storage spaces and cabinets around the house you can occupy! Again, Only you and one housemate live in the house, the living room is unfinished.

You will be sharing the house with another Asian male roommate (in his mid-60s, who is occupying another small room). He is super quiet, work for the state.
I, (the landloard), only come visit California 3 times a year.
So you and the Asian male will be the only person sharing the house 95% of the year. It’s honestly a pretty quiet home.
