Hi my wife and I are renting out our spare bedrooms. We have 2 rooms available with one extra shared bathroom. The room will be partially furnished as well as bathroom for convince but can be put away and refurnished as pleased. We also have a medium size dog. 550 per room and utilities split.
About the roomies
Currently the house is filled with my wife, dog and I. Both rooms are currently empty, so no other roommates yet. We like to keep things clean and watch Netflix when we are home.
