Sandage Avenue

We have 1 room to rent in the TCU area (Frisco Heights) in Fort Worth, Texas. It’s a quiet area, blocks away from TCU and the University area, near the cross street of Sandage and Lowden. The 2nd-floor room is unfurnished and carpeted, has a fan, and a window. The room shares the upstairs shower bathroom with 2 male roommates. Water, garbage, and recycling are included in rent. Other utilities(electricity/natural gas/internet) are not included.

Your rent will be $325 per month plus ~$85 for all other utilities(variable depending on use). Washer and dryer are included in the downstairs bathroom. As a roommate, you will have access to the common areas of the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, back yard and garage entertainment room (Large TVs, darts, couches, etc.)

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay 6-12 months, a non-smoker, and cleans up after themselves. We are a pet free home. The room is month to month.

3 male roommates currently live in the house, 2 professionals and 1 TCU student. Most roommates generally keep to themselves. The 3 upstairs roommates share the upstairs shower.
