Detroit Avenue

Hello! I am looking for someone to help me take over my lease, one year starting the 1st, with the renters name on the lease as well as a roommate agreement. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I am renting out the second bedroom and bathroom for $900 a month. Room is very spacious and has a walk in closet. Full access to the kitchen and storage spaces, I have a few shelves that act as a pantry. The apartment is located in Concord, walking distance from both downtown and bart. Shared spaces, ie: kitchen, dining room, and living room; are furnished already but I’m open to integrating new furniture. Qualifications for renter need to have at least a 650 credit score and make $2400 a month before taxes/gross income.

I am an easy going person, I usually keep to myself, and like things tidy. Definitely a homebody, always down to binge watch Netflix. I currently have 3 cats living in the unit, they are all very sweet and love pets. 420 and LGBT friendly.
