Room in a two-bedroom luxury townhouse is available to share with one female roommate. The whole townhouse is furnished and you don’t need to bring anything. The room is a smaller one (not master bedroom) with 2 walk-in closets, desk, and a mattress (also some bookshelves if you like to have in the room). Bathroom is shared. There is also a 1/2 bathroom in the living room. Kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances. Monthly rent is $670 all utilities included (also with fast internet, Netflix and a nice cozy couch, large screen TV). There is also a parking slot outside the townhouse. I am professional female (and part-time student), looking for roommate with similar lifestyle, organized and considerate roommate, non-smoking, no pet. Security deposit is one month.

She will leave in May 31st so I need one roommate to sublease the room. I am working FT, like to spend time reading and cooking.
