2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at 1287 Shoals apartment complex. The apartment has a balcony that overlooks the tennis court, and is fully furnished except for the available bedroom (there is a new queen mattress and frame in there right now that you can use if you like!) The apartment complex is quiet and nice! It has a pool, a small gym, an area for grilling/bonfiring/playing games like corn hole, and is on a pond! You can look at pictures on their site. It’s about a 10 minute drive from downtown.

I’m 22 and just finished my first year of grad school, looking for a roomie for next year! I like to workout, sing/play a couple instruments (not too often), and love going out downtown or to breweries/restaurants! Love meeting new people and making new friends.
