I am looking for a roommate with a moving date of June 30th 2019. Professionals are preferred, but not a requirement. I am living here since 3 years. I would like to renew the current lease if I am able to find a new roommate as my roommate is moving out. There are 2 rooms in the house. One room is bigger than the other and both rooms are available for taking. The bigger room has a walking closet. The apartment is conveniently located on 18th street and 1st avenue, elevator building. Minimum 1 year lease is a must. Apartment will be semi furnished (with some furniture in living room) Bedroom will not be furnished.

I’m a professional working in consulting industry and sometimes travel for work during the weekdays. I am easygoing, clean, friendly and enjoy travelling, playing soccer, cooking, music, and working out! I also brew awesome craft beer!
