hi! we have the master bedroom (with it’s own bathroom!) with opening up in our cute 4br Eagle Rock home and are looking for someone to fill it starting June 15th!

The neighborhood is in a prime location - very residential and walking distance to Capri Club, Walt’s, Muddy Paw, Vidiots and York Blvd. plenty of on-street parking available even when the bar is busy + we have a driveway with room for two vehicles if there’s ever any problem finding a space!

We’re renting the room for $1,362 per month + utilities. The house itself is super spacious with modern appliances like a brand new dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. there’s also a great kitchen island and three ovens (lol) at your disposal if you’re into cooking! We’re looking for someone who is likeminded, tidy, chill, and responsible! if you think that’s you send us a message!

Pets: Ellie does watch dogs from time to time so must be ok with dogs! We are asking for no additional pets at this time.

Smoking: No smoking inside the house but we have a lovely front porch!

Ellie is musician (very mindful of sound/playing times) and works remotely. Sydney works in finance in office, and theo is a manager at a local cafe. All of us are usually out and about!
