About the room
-Newly built, unfurnished or furnished, ~15mins from Brier Creek, ~10 mins from Downtown Durham. -2 rooms for rent and they share a bathroom. Key locks on each door. They are on the other side of the house and a gate is up so the dogs can’t access the hallway to your room. -Good size yard with a fire pit. There is a table on the deck for dining in nice weather. -I (Sean) will handle all the yardwork.

We are sociable, not into wild parties but like to have small to medium size get togethers occasionally. We don’t expect you to do anything for the dogs (just to make that clear). All we are looking for is one roommate that is clean, safe, and a good communicator.
