I have two large furnished rooms available ASAP. It is located upstairs in the house. The price of a room is $850 including utilities, with a deposit of $850. It includes free wifi. The rent term is month to month. The house is 15 minutes and a 20-minute drive to Downtown and UC Davis, respectively. A highly Equipped gym, Walmart, and other shopping centers are within walking distance. It is an ideal place for a professional or a student who is considerate, kind, respectful, and polite while appreciating a relatively quiet and clean environment.
No smoking/no pets/no drugs. Kitchen use No Beef and Pork allowed in the kitchen
About the roomies
We are a family of 5 who live in the house including 3 year old daughter and a 6 month baby boy. I do have a lab pet which is friendly.
