We are a mixed bag. I am an older female, my son is 21 and goes to school and has a job. We have one roommate a male who is very neat,organized and Clean. We are all very laid-back and easy to get along with. The kitchen and living room are very large and are for everyone to enjoy. We all have different schedules and we all work And it has worked beautifully. Laundry and home gym are in the garage.
