Roommate Wanted! 420 Friendly! My fiance and I live in a 3 bedroom , 2 1/2 bath house with a large drive way and decent sized yard in Laguna Niguel. We’re looking to rent out our spare bedroom to someone. Rent would be $1500 a month with utilities included. You would get the bedroom which is roughly 11x12 and had decent sized closet. You would also get your own bathroom and full access to living room,kitchen and backyard. You would also get a spot in the driveway and your own refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage. NO KIDS OR DOGS

I(43F) , my fiancé (50M) and our 3 cats are pretty chilled and laid back. We both work full time. He doesn’t drink and I only do occasionally but we’re VERY 420 friendly. We do the the normal SoCal stuff, beaches, hiking, amusement parks.
