About the room
Hello!
Looking for a roommate (preferably female) for a large 1-bedroom with personal en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. This room is part of a 3,300 sf luxury home in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Los Feliz.
The room includes access to all common areas - formal living room, TV room, kitchen, laundry, pool/spa, etc. Sonos music is piped throughout the house and in the outdoor pool area. Easy parking on the street, with no restrictions.
The house is central to most everything in town - Hollywood, downtown, Korea Town, Thai Town, and Los Feliz village. Griffith Park is practically our backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, old-school theaters, Trader Joes, Gelsons, Starbucks Reserve, and some of the best hiking in Southern California. AFI is just down the street.

About the roomies
We are a small family, easy going and not boring. :) English and French spoken in this house. Month-to-month rental is okay, but looking for someone willing to commit to at least 3-4 months.
