Hello, I am leaving New York next month and I am looking for someone to fill my bedroom in a three bedrooms apartment.

THE ROOM is spacious and bright (two large windows), features one closet. Not furnished but possibility to buy the furniture (1 queen size bed + blanket and pillows, 1 TV, 2 lamps, two drawer units and one rug) for $250 open to negotiation.

THE APARTMENT is located in Williamsburg on the first floor of a traditional Brooklyn. The open kitchen features standard appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware (but there is room if you have things of your ow). Fully equipped, it includes coffee maker, microwave, oven and refrigerator. One shared bathroom with bathtub. One equipped living room with sofa, LCD Screen and apple TV. AC + heat.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD is safe, and bustling with businesses, shops, restaurants and bars, but is also a nice calm place to return to in the evenings. Nearby are all the conveniences of life, parks, supermarkets, gyms, cleaners and exciting Brooklyn nightlife. The apartment is super close to the L line (which NOT shutting down), between Grand & Humboldt. Easy 15 min walk to Bedford Ave, 10 min to Lorimer.

Your roommates would two very nice, friendly and funny girls, both in mid-late twenties. Both work 9-6 +, one in Press the other one in Fashion. They are both very chill, and very clean.
