South Old Bastrop Highway

All bills except electricity included. It’s 4 bed x 4 bath so we all have our own bathroom. We only want to fill 3 rooms so we will have an extra room for an office/place for guests to stay every once in a while. There is a backyard and yard maintenance is included with rent. It is pet friendly and there is absolutely no carpet in the house so it’s perfect. All appliances including washer dryer and refrigerator are included. Unfurnished but my friend and I are taking care of living room and dining room furniture so you would only need your room furniture.

I have a small dog but he gets along great with other animals. Me and my friend (the other roommate) are both students at txst.
