We are looking for an awesome person to rent a private room in our beautiful home. This will be a short term rental available January 11th, 2020 till May 31st, 2020. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is close to the Vancouver Mall and about 13 minutes to WSUV and 9 minutes to Clark College. The apartment has all needed appliances, hard wood laminate flooring, washer/dryer, a wood buring firplace and a patio. In the apartment office area you will find a fitness center, hot tub, swimming pool, Amazon lockers, and a common area with free internet, 2 desktop computers and tables a chairs to use, as well as Bark-Park, a off-leash dog park.

Us: We are two hard-working roommates (1 male and 1 female), and a friendly pup. I work full time. We are both clean, tidy, respectuful, considerate, and all around good people. We are looking for a 3rd roommate that is a student or professional that is also clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate and wants to live in a happy home. You must be the kind of person that cleans up after themselves, especially in the kitchen. You must LOVE dogs and be able to live with them, and also be smoke-free (all kinds),and Drug free, etc…, and no partying. The private room is 11’x12’ with a good size closet, as well as being cable ready at cost to individual roommate and you will be sharing the second bathroom with the female roommate, so we are leaning towards another female. Lastly, you will be expected to pay your rent on-time (by the 2nd of the month, the 3rd the latest), and, have a reliable income.

Rent: $680/month and includes these Utilities (water, garbage, sewer and storm water), and the PUD (electricity). Room is available January 11th and move in cost is January’s rent prorated at $340 for the month. This is a short term rental from January 11th, 2020 till May 31st, 2020.
