Rent is $725 a month. Utilities usually come to around $75 total (gas/electric/internet) to a total of around $800.

This room will become available around the first week of July as my current roommate will be moving out. I’ll be posting when exactly in June shortly.

You will have your own full bathroom, and will have the second bedroom. One closet space outside the room will be for you! You’ll have to bring your own bed and desk furniture. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are fully furnished and functional.

I’m a pretty quiet roommate—not too nosy, and won’t get in your way. I’m also a female working professional of the same age range. I cook pretty often… let me know one of your hobbies just to get to know you! :^) If you’re interested, send me an email with contact info and we can meet with you prior to move-in.

This apartment complex is very safe with no noise pollution. The complex has a tennis court and a pool. Nice neighbors. This is a second floor apartment. We have a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Fully functional kitchen. There’s a parking lot outside the building for the complex. You’ll have to go through a $35 online background check (the NTN application) that me and my current roommate also submitted. :^)
