Private room with a shared bathroom, in a single family home. Plenty of street parking and access to all common areas. There is a large living room and a family room with a tv. No big parties, no drama. There are close stores and restaurants and access to the Bolsa Chica Wetlands trail is at the end of the block. Short distance from Sunset Beach and HB Central Park.

The house will be shared with myself and another roommate. If you are social and like to hang out, we’ll likely get along great. If you’d rather keep to yourself, that is perfectly fine with me.
