About the room
Hey! I am currently looking for a roommate, I have lived with my current roommate for two years and I am so sad that she is moving to a new city. It will be tough to replace her because she was such a good roommate. The room is in Sanctuary at Eagle Creek, third floor with a balcony that has a water view. You have your own room and bathroom. Laminate wood floors, granite in kitchen/bathroom. Nice business center, gym, and tennis court. Outdoor kitchen for grilling by the pool, fire pit, also t.v. by the pool if you would like to watch the game out there with friends. Minutes from Boxi plPark, Earth Fare, Publix, shopping. The 417, medical city, and the airport. Price includes rent, cable and wifi. We will split electric and water. I work a lot, not home much, and when I am, I am usually in my room. I keep to myself, I am respectful, and VERY clean. I am looking for the same. I don’t care what you do or how you live as long as you are clean, pay your bills on time, and respect our space. You will need to be on the lease, if your credit is good then there is no security deposit. Lake Nona is the place to live and it doesn’t come much cheaper than 750 a month.
