Hello, I am a 23-year old male student looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment located in North Hollywood. The price for rent of a Master bedroom with private bath is 1100$ plus utilities cost. $500 deposited. It is a 1-year lease agreement.
The room is a Master bedroom with private bath, Unfurnished very spacious. Couples are allowed Wifi/ cable included Heat/Ac Garage Parking Shared room is also an option
The apartment is 10 min drive from the train station 10 min drive from Art district Gorcey stores are very close The bus stop is 5 min walk
No pets, I have two cats in the house. I am very outgoing and laid back most of my time I am in my room playing video games or doing homework. I work nights and go to school in the mornings. I don’t mind smokers, just no cig smoke in the house. late night guest is allowed just be respectful, please. The kitchen is community space, looking for someone who doesn’t mind help supplying kitchen supplies.
