Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to share a three story, 3000+ square foot home in Redondo Beach with myself and two others. The rental space is made up of one bedroom 13x12 with multiple windows and views of PV and the neighborhood. The room shares a connecting jack and jill bath with one other room. There is a closet with built in shelves and lighting and other conveniences like a fan and internet hook ups. The laundry room is conveniently located on the same floor.

Overall the house is a four bed/ four bath home (the extra full bath means that there’s never a concern about conflict), with a spacious living space, bonus game room and chef’s kitchen. It really speaks for itself with tremendous curb appeal. The home is in from major streets, adjacent to a long running path (no neighbors on one side) and almost exactly 2 miles form the beach. LAX is 15 minutes away and we are nearby the 405 as well. So now for some logistics. Monthly rent is $1425 with a $1300 security deposit. Utilities are included in the rent so its one flat fee. I generally start people off on a month to month basis with the intent of doing something longer term. This provides security on both sides in the unlikely event that there is a personality conflict. It hasn’t happened yet, but you never know. I try really hard to find the right person as opposed to any warm body to create the best possible household dynamic. The house will be shared with myself and two others. I personally was born and raised in the South Bay and love it here. I enjoy all board sports, hiking and trying new places to eat. The house dynamic has been extremely positive, and we’ve hit a great balance between being social and giving people their privacy. The other current roommates are an early twenties male who works in tech investing and who is hardly seen due to his work schedule and hobbies (which makes him an ideal roommate) and an early thirties female who works in the movie industry. We are all professional, clean, and easy to get along with and I am looking for someone along the same lines. This space has become available because my previous roommate has decided to move in with her boyfriend.
