About the roomies
I am an architect, Male, 30yo, been in Baltimore for 6 years now, love to travel, pottery and design in general. I am very into plants these days, I have 40+ healthy plants. I purchased this place back in May 2018, and i have been slowly furnishing to my taste. Laundry is Free in the basement (2 washers and 2 dryers) + Small gym in the basement. This condo is part of a COOP, very safe and friendly. LGBTQ friendly, you be too. Residents are mostly Hopkins affiliate.
