Currently looking for a 4th roommate to live with 3 roommates and 1 dog. Spacious private room with a shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. Includes furniture in the picture if you want it. Backyard with vegetable garden and plenty of street parking. 1 driveway spot available.

Security deposit, first and last months rent to move in. $30 non-refundable application fee must have good credit score (around 700) and pass background check.

Utilities are split evenly between 4 roommates. Typically, max of $100 per person for utilities.

All roommates are working professionals, tend to keep quiet during the weekdays but will have guests over on the weekends. Looking for a similar quality roommate, early to late 20’s.
