This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Avon that is walking distance from the gondola and right on the bus line and bike path.

Looking for a clean, no-drama roommate. This isn’t a party house and there cannot be random people or boyfriends/girlfriends over. This is 1 room for 1 person only. The lease will be month to month. I have a dog so I need to find someone that I would trust with with him. He is super chill, well behaved, and very sweet. Ideally I would like a roommate that already has a dog and would be interested in sharing some of the responsibilities of walking and feeding.
