About the roomies
I have a roomate Chuck hes in his 70s but keeps to himself the building is safe and in walking dostance to everything, police and Fire dept nearby as well as expressway , i am on oxygen and also a tall large woman, i will consider rent reduction for any physical assistamce with getting groceries, or home improvements.
