Studio is for one tenant only. Monthly rent is $1100. Month to month rental agreement required. House is in a very quiet neighborhood located in East Ventura. The home is super safe.
Please have references, steady employment, good character and integrity. No smoking/illegal drugs/parties /pets or drama.
