W Ave Santiago

Looking for someone to rent a room in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in San Clemente. Ocean view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. It’s a pretty spacious private room with a private bathroom and ocean view. We currently have 2 people (1 guy and 1 girl) in the place and are looking to fill the 3rd room with female or male. The rent is $1200 a month with water, internet, trash and electric included, gas bill split between the 3 of us.

Walking distance to the grocery store, shops, restaurants and the beach!!!

We’re pretty laid back people. One of us is a creatives who work full time in the wedding and event industry and the other works as a server at a local restaurant and brewery (and is also a kickass chef). When we’re not working we enjoy being outside. We are both pretty laidback and like to keep our house that way too!
