12 Month lease 3 bed 2 bath walk-up third floor apartment in Styven heights. Currently only 1 bedroom is occupied. The occupied bedroom has its own private bath. So only 2 rooms in the apartment share the non-private bath. Very big living room, very small kitchen. Decent sized bathroom with full bath/shower. Four blocks away from J and M train. One pet currently resides in the occupied bedroom (pets must be approved). Some furniture in the apartment. Bills for gas, electric and internet comes to around 88$ a month (give or take) all together. Will split with current occupants. Will split three ways once third bedroom is filled. Must finalize all prices and requests with landlord

Hey all! My name is Jaclynn i’m 24 years old and I live with my boyfriend Brandon (23) and our rabbit named Bun-Bun. We’re a laid back, chill couple. Brandon is super social and energetic. He is outgoing, but also very friendly and respectful. I’m a lot quieter and a bit shy but always accommodating and looking to make new friends. We are a 420 and LGBTQ friendly apartment. We are okay with pets as long as they will be nice to our rabbit (her bff is my parents small dog). Just to get an idea of our schedules, we wake up on weekdays at around 7AM for work. Get home between 5pm-8pm and go to bed around 11pm-12am. I cook often for myself and my boyfriend, just a heads up, if that matters to you. My bedroom has a private bathroom, so you would only have to share your bathroom if someone moved into the very small third bedroom apartment. We are just looking for someone really chill and nice so we don’t get stuck with someone awful lol. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
