We have a small bedroom in a mobile home available for rent in Oceanside, North San Diego county. We live right next to the Oceanside Blvd exit to the 5 and the 78, close to Walmart, Frazier Farm, gyms, Carlsbad mall, Mira Costa College, and the beach. It’s 15 mins walking and 5 mins driving to the beach. Please search Cavalier Mobile Estates at Oceanside to be specific. Furnished room, with a big bed, lots of drawers, a closet, a big table and chair for working or studying. Private bathroom, private parking, washer and dryer, shared fridge, shared kitchen, no cooling/heating system but a small heater and fan are included. Utilities (water, electric, high-speed wifi) are included We are an old 50 y.o Vietnamese couple with a daughter who has gone out of state for school. We work during daytime and mostly stay home in the evenings and weekends. FYI, We use the kitchen heavily during the weekend to cook our food for the whole week. Conditions: we are looking for a clean and organized female tenant with proof of income, no smoking, no drugs, no partying, no overnight guest(s). Must not wear outside shoes in the house, barefoot, socks or slippers inside only. No pets. We are pretty laid back and friendly as long as the above conditions are respected. Security deposit $650. Background check $60 Available August 1st, 2019 Tenant must see room and sign lease agreement, security deposit is due at the time of signing. First month rent is due on July 31st.
