Hi and welcome to our listing. My girlfriend and I purchased this wonderful Victorian in the Historical District of Redlands three years and have been blessed to find some incredible people to occupy and maintain the beauty of the house. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are offering a partially furnished (wardrobe armoire and dresser) bedroom on the second floor to working responsible adults who appreciate vintage homes. The rooms are occupied by a diverse group of quiet and respectable working adults, as well as by me, the owner, who stays primarily on the bottom floor. There is a garage that has been converted to a billiards room opened to the guests ( one room is rented on Airbnb) as well as to the tenants.

We are looking for mature adults who will respect the other roommates in the house. If you are students in college, we certainly welcome you as long as you don’t try to make the house into a frat house. Currently, the home is occupied by two males in the education field and two other rooms are listed on Airbnb so we get people who are rarely in the house during the day.. Looking for an individual who will be compatible with the housemates as well as the house.
