The unit is on the top floor of 3 story apartment building. 1100 sq ft. with a spacious living room and galley kitchen. Quiet, yet still conveniently located and steps away from shops and public transportation.
Street parking is not free (welcome to white plains!) but the building is right across a municipal parking garage (Chester-Maple) - $140/mo (24 hr); $65/mo (6pm-8am).
The location is ideal for a young family or medical professionals who work in downtown White Plains (I live right by the White Plains Hospital) or the neighboring towns. Space could also be conducive for study.
