About the room
I have a bedroom available for Rent in Carmichael, CA. The room is large, it measures about 13’x13’. Good sized closet. The Condo has 2.5 bathrooms and there is in-unit laundry. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops. New appliances. BBQ in the backyard along with a fire pit and patio table.
It is currently myself, and one other male roommate. Both of us are nearing our mid-20s. We are both professionals during the week but enjoy a relaxing weekend where we can loosen up, and have fun on the weekends.
We keep a clean place and would expect you to do your share in keeping the living space/Kitchen clean.
RENT = $700 per month
About the roomies
