Hi we are a family looking to rent out our spare room. We have 2 girls, my sister lives here with her 2 kids, and we have a small dog and cat. The room is private, and the bathroom is shared. Sorry no pets. We don’t do drugs, so you shouldn’t either. We do have friends over occasionally and have drinks. We do smoke but smoking is outside only.
