I am looking for one responsible single roommate to rent my basement bedroom with window. The room is furnished with bed, shelf, lights and an in-wall closet.
My family are all adults and we don’t have any pets so your privacy is guaranteed. The place is a newly renovated single house with a huge backyard for parking and gardening if you’re into it!
Location: near Front Ave – Rice Street intersection, Saint Paul (just minutes away from downtown!)
Vicinity: 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to major supermarkets (Walmart/Costco/Target), 5 minutes to 3 Asian markets. There are several fast-food restaurants and convenient stores around the block so basically everything you need is within walking distance. Fire station is right next door and medical clinic is right down the street.
Rent: $500/month, including all utilities and misc. expenses (toilet paper, detergents, etc.). Long-term lease is preferred.
Amenity: 1 share bathroom, 1 shared toilet, shared kitchen, central AC, shared laundry room (washer and dryer), high speed Xfinity internet (500mbps)
Parking: 1 slot in the backyard
Restriction: no pets/alcohol/drugs/parties/overnight guests
Background check cost $35 is required. No application fee. Security deposit is $500.
