The area is centered in Thousand Oaks near the Janns/Oaks mall in a quiet Townhome complex. The Townhome is a 3 bedroom with 2.5 baths (approx 1450 square feet) and attached laundry room. The room available to rent is around 10 feet by 12 feet with a full length mirrored closet. Bathroom is shared by only yourself and one other person, not attached but very close to the room. Complex has a pool and jacuzzi as well.

One room is rented already rented to a male in his early 30’s and I am are looking for someone similar to fill the 3rd room. The whole house has been remodeled including paint, carpet, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living room, etc. The townhome has brand new heating/AC/water heater and all gas appliances. We have WiFi and cable TV in every room.

We both work full time, are relatively quiet, don’t smoke, occasionally drink, no drama, like to cook and hang out, work on cars/projects around the house and are looking for someone similar to fit with us. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry, bathroom as you please.

No couples/children please, no working from home, no pets, clean background. Overnight guests are okay. We only ask that you are respectable, clean, contribute to the house, and keep it drama free.
