There is an awesome 2 bed/2 bath apartment that cost $1420, and would like to team up with some to rent the apartment. Each would pay 750 per month. The apartment has an indoor swimming pool, fitness room and indoor basketball court; more that what I can ask for at $750 per month. I need someone to team up with me to rent the apartment.
The lease length - anywhere between 6 to 12 month. Therefore, would like someone who can stay for more than 6 month.
