Hi there, I will be moving out of probably the best rental I’ve ever lived in at the end of May to travel cross country. It would be hard to find anything comparable at this price and with all of the amenities offered in Manayunk. The house has it’s own parking space, front yard with covered porch, large back yard, and an amazing screened in porch with a beautiful view. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement as well as space for storage. There is one other roommate a 34 year old female. The room is available at the end of May.

The roommate is a 34 year old hard working female in a relationship. She works long days and like to cook. No preference for male or female.
