About the room
12x10 bedroom with closet, storage space off the garage, and shared use of both a full and a half bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room. I could provide a queen bed and a dresser. Nonsmoking, but 3-season porch is 420 and tobacco friendly. We can discuss cats if you have/want one. Deck overlooking backyard, propane deep fryer and grill usually available for use. Laundry in the basement (free, you provide your own detergent). Parking for your car in the driveway. Rec room with bar on lower level available for use by arrangement (it is OK to have a party once every 6 months or so if we talk about it first). Tenancy at will with 30 day cancellation. Dishwasher, garbage disposal. Amazon Echo (Alexa) in kitchen and family room, video surveillance at doors and family room bar. Utilities: Heat October through April or so, any month with average temp below 65, electric and water/sewer, Internet. I estimate your utilities typically $90-$120 summer, +$150/mo in cold months. Second bathroom is a half bath only, site will not let me specify 1.5 bathrooms. Shoes off, shirts on inside. Additional utility fee if you use an A/C. Working on some raised beds for a garden. Background check and credit check required. Beach in walking distance. Robot vacuums in residence.
