Splendorwood Place

Furniture is optional, we can clear the room out for you if you have your own furniture, or you can change the bedding and pictures if they are not to your liking. There is a 36’ TV in the room affixed to the wall, above the dresser. There is a front family room (opposite the family room someone occupies often) that is free for you to relax in, watch TV in, have friends over in, etc. We’re in a nice 3 BR/2 BA home with a very large back yard, with nice outdoor patio furniture, a fire ring, it’s a great yard for BBQ’s, badminton, bocce ball, etc.. We’re on a quiet couldesac. We like to keep the home clean and pay a cleaning company to come in once a month. Because we already have 3 small dogs, so we really can’t open up the home to any more animals, sorry.

Barbara is retired and occupies one side of the house. Cyndi works nine to six M-F in UTC. We’re both very respectful and keep to ourselves. When we have guests over its usually family.
