Single car garage parking/ storage may be optional for an additional $125 per month.

Space available: Only one room is for rent,but I have (2) options available: for $695 per month, upstairs bedroom (appx 10 X 10.5). The bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs. The 2nd option is the main floor bedroom (appx 12 X 10) with adjoining bathroom for $750 per month. This is the same bathroom for either option. 99% of the time, this bathroom would be for your sole use. I do reserve the right for occasional guest use.

Includes the following utilities/ services: gas, electric, A/C, water, WIFI, and gardener. You will have shared access to living areas, yard, kitchen, and laundry. Month-to-month. $500 security deposit.

The neighborhood: Enjoy the Harveston lifestyle with the scenic lake, paddle boats, fishing, wildlife, and paved walking trails. Includes access to upscale community pool and clubhouse. Ideal location within super close proximity to the mall, I-15 freeway, and a plethora of restaurants and other conveniences.

The main floor bedroom is not available to show until October 1, but showing arrangements can be made for the rest of the house.

Who you would be living with: I am a clean-living female and full-time working professional. Additionally, two young adult men, one of which is my son, reside here. I mostly work from home from my private office space. We have 2 small, friendly dogs.

I am a warm, friendly person who values a clean, quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Looking for same in a roommate. The young men are friendly, respectful, quiet and are away a good share of the time.
