A bedroom is available in 2 bd apartment on Monroe and 5th in Hoboken.

I am looking for a roommate in the apartment I have been living in for the past 2 years. My current roommate had moved out due to family situation. Location is convenient as it is close to PATH, Light Rail, ShopRite, ACME and Stevens Institute of Technology.

The apartment was renovated several years ago. It has all the necessary facilities: AC, dishwasher, washing and drying machine. Two small bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment with living room, kitchen, and bathroom in between. The room that is to be rented is on the South side with two big windows, so its always warm and has plenty of sunshine! It is not big of approximately 120 square feet but a full bed, table, chair and a cupboard could be fitted in. There is also a living room space that can be used for TV set and a sofa. The apartment building is a quiet place as the majority of the tenants own their apartments.

Rent is $1050 + electricity. Deposit: 1.5 of the monthly rent. No broker fee!

I am a female grad student in my early 30th. Most of the time I spend in school and when I am home I usually just rest in my room. I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle: a friendly person, who does not bring a party home, cleans after oneself. I am ok with both female or male roommate. I also ok to have a small pet.
