Rent $800 per month. Rent included top speed wifi and all utilities, but no cable. Move in will need security deposit equal to one month rent + first month rent. 6 month minimum stay. Month-to-month lease after 6 months stay. $100 cleaning fee for moving out.

About the roomies
I like to keep the home very orderly and tidy/clean and picking up/cleaning after yourself is a necessity. Alcohol is acceptable that you are not excessively loud late at night and cleanup after yourself. No smoking. No pets. Students or young professionals are ideal.
