About apartment and room: Beautiful, bright four bedroom apt on the second floor of a six-unit family-style, non-smoking building. The apartment is North of Wilshire, walking distance to the beach, Montana Ave, Whole Foods & Trader Joes. Apt has washer & dryer in unit, central heating, no air-conditioning. Apt has shared bath (between two renters) with shower and tub and lots of toiletry space in bathroom for your personal belongings etc… Private bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, sunny & breezy with west facing large windows, brand new carpeting, a large closet with mirror sliders. Kitchen is open and airy with lots of cabinets and counter space and large refrigerator. Street parking with provided permit is not a problem. About you: Professional male or female (No couples) who has a stable income and can pay their rent on time. You are a non-smoker. Easygoing and considerate of others. Care about clean communal areas as much as we do. Sadly, no pets due to allergies. Rent: $1500 includes utilities, cable, internet, gas and electric. Housekeeper twice a month. Move in includes one month rent plus deposit $500 = $2000. This is a month to month rental with hopes for a long-term renter. Rent is due no later than the 3rd of every month.
